Registration

The on-site registration at the venue has been abolished. Participants are kindly required to complete their pre-registration online. Your name card is available to download from “My Page” of the registration site from October 2, 2025. Please print out the name card by yourself and bring it to the venue. Name card cases are available at the venue.

Counter for issuing numbered tickets for the Luncheon seminars
・ Please be noted that there is no Luncheon Seminars conducted in English.
・ Those who make reservations in advance must also have their tickets issued on the day.
※ It will be possible to select a seminar on the day and have a numbered ticket issued, but please note the number of tickets available will be limited.
※ For evening seminars, numbered tickets will not be issued.
