All presenters are required to complete their registration before the meeting. If a presenter fails to register and does not give the scheduled presentation, the presentation will not be recognized as an official academic presentation, and the corresponding abstract will be removed from the official records and publication.

Life-long membership fees have been set according to the WHO classifications based on the World Bank list of analytical income classification of economies.

JSCO International Members are eligible for discounted registration fees for our Annual Meeting and access to our journals.

Confirmation

Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration and payment.

 

Participation certificate (name card) and receipt

Available to download from ‘My Page’ of the registration site shortly before the meeting.

Please print out the name card by yourself and bring it to the venue.
Name card cases are available at the venue.

 

Cancellation

Please note that no refunds will be made after you have registered.

 

Visa Application

JTB, our official travel agency, will support your visa application (if needed).

VISA application supporting fee:
22,000 JPY per person.

For VISA arrangement, please first contact JSCO/AOS2026 Management Secretariat (jsco2026-reg@congre.co.jp) after you completed registration, and inform your registration No.

If you wish to apply for AOS membership, you can do so at the time of registration for this congress.

To become a JSCO International Member

We are pleased to announce that Japan Society of Clinical Oncology (JSCO) has established an International Membership category to further strengthen and promote our international exchanges. This membership is open to those engaged in cancer care and research outside Japan.

International members are entitled to a variety of privileges, including full access to IJCO/ICCJ and discount on our Annual Meeting registration fee.
