Life-long membership fees have been set according to the WHO classifications based on the World Bank list of analytical income classification of economies.

Confirmation
Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration and payment.
Name card and Certificate of Attendance
Available to download from `My Page‘ of the registration site from October 12, 2023.
Please print out the name card by yourself and bring it to the venue.
Name card cases are available at the venue.
Receipt
Available to download from `My Page‘ of the registration site just after your payment completed.
Cancellation
Please note that no refunds will be made after you have registered.
Visa Application
JTB, our official travel agency will support your VISA application (if needed).
VISA application supporting fee: 22,000 JPY per person.
*If you are a presenter (first author), the fee will be waved.
For VISA arrangement, please first contact JSCO/AOS 2023 Management Secretariat (jsco2023-regi@congre.co.jp) after you completed registration, and inform your registration No.
