Registration Fees
1. Pre-Registration Fee

* All registration fees must be paid in Japanese Yen by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, Diners). No other payment method is acceptable.
* Medical staff: Nurse, Pharmacist, Radiological Therapist, Clinical Engineer, Physical Therapist, and Occupational Therapist.
* Students CANNOT pre-register. Student registration fees must be paid on site with student ID card/certification.
* Cancellation is NOT acceptable after the registration for any reason.
2. On-Site Registration Fee

Registration Confirmation / Receipt
・Your nametag and receipt will be provided at the venue.
・Be sure to print out and save your email confirmation for your records.
・Please bring your email confirmation with you to the venue and submit it in exchange for your nametag, receipt.
